I lost my receipt with the QR code but I was able to search and find my record on this site: https://www.inm.gob.mx/spublic/portal/inmex.html

The website is kind of unintuitive, basically you hit "search" and then it seems like it didn't do anything but if you scroll down a bunch there's a table with a link to your FMM form (with the QR code you supposedly need to exit). I'm leaving out of MEX later this week and I'll report back if I actually need it.
