Thanks for the update. When I booked a room for February, point stays were unavailable, so I rebooked with points just now. Interestingly, the prices for a Standard, a Deluxe, and a Premium Balcony room are all different but the point rate is the same for each of those rooms. The price differential between a Premium Balcony room and an M Club room (the next highest room category after Premium Balcony) with club lounge access is almost 40,000 yen, which seems high IMO.
