one off versus a systemic issue?
I had this exact same circumstance for one segment (YVR-YUL) on AC metal. I sent Mileage Plus a photo of my bp and the discrepancy was resolved three weeks later. @ the time, I believed the issue was the bp was not properly scanned in YVR. Now, I wonder if the issue was more systemic?
