I am not a master at London neighbourhoods, since I spend most of my time here in Manchester and Scotland. I was actually thinking I would take HEX. I cashed in some Radisson points I likely won't get to use now that the Edwardians here have been sold, so the room is free, and I'm just going to taxi to Paddington and take the HEX, which will cost more but be fastest.
If I am missing anything, please do let me know. I am unfamiliar with Eastbourne Terrace. Is this where I should ask for the cab to drop me for simplest access? I arrived to Padddington--but at midnight, and was so tired I just moseyed up to the Hilton (which is suddenly about £417 or around 200,000 HH points, so that was out.)
Deeply appreciative of the advice here.
