No, that should not be it. Also, you should purchase one card at a time, this may be it if you purchase more.
Another possible problem is that you may not actually click on the incognito option when you right-click on the browser icon, but you accidentally click a different option, like the direct link to the gc site (it happened to me once).
Lastly, it is probably best to have the regular chrome closed, just in case it plays a role.
