Anyone have experience with a chargeback to Alaska Airlines?

Greetings,

I had some customer service issues in November, and one of the items was cancelling my Lounge membership the day after I renewed it. Customer Care said no problem, they'll email Lounge and have it done. Mid December I didn't notice my membership status change, called back, and was told that Lounge denied it (even though CC said they would do it). And no communication to me from Alaska that the refund was denied. The changes in the membership program after Feb 1 will NOT work for me as my ability to enter the lounge will be severely limited.

After talking to a friend at Alaska, they told me to just do a charge back.

I've now passed the 30 day mark, and the charge is reflecting as permanent in my bank account.

Has anyone had any type of return retaliation from Alaska (eg: Mileage Plan account limited/closed) after doing a charge back? I ask because I just tried to book an AA flight and input my Alaska #, and it gives me an error message that name and number don't match... so just kinda curious.
