There has to be saver/I award availability to book United business seats using ANA or Aeroplan miles. I'm guessing there is none. Where are you trying to get to? Transferring Amex points to Hawaiian may be a better option if that works, not that they have good award redemption value. Other option would be to look for an extra leg to bring down the price of the one way using Amex travel portal..
