to "just" provide a credit,
even notorious stingy IC Barclay NYC offers diamonds the breakfast buffet with service charge inclusive!

point #4 and above should be written in concise datapoints to AMB service,
a shame you were subject to this all, good to write it off and see how IHG will react ....
even if it some points going your way ... we've had datapoints before that some pre-acquisition Kimptons went rogue on the diamond breakfast offerings but were shamed and herded back to adhere to t&c
