Here's some of the fraud ICLA engages in:

- No folio emailed to guest after check out or available in the app so you can't review the charges. This is key because they don't want you to see the over billing.
- Billing amenity fee on free night stays. Even having a screen shot that shows $0 for fees on the reservation, and they still won't remove the charges.
- Violation of IHG breakfast T&C
- Amenity fee includes $15 daily mini bar credit. Hotel charged me $11 for item comsumption. (I didn't consume anything nor did I move anything to alert the sensor). So they defraud you out of the $15 per day.
