Very poor offering on the BA640 LHR-ATH morning service two days ago – no menus handed out and the ‘full’ English was almost inedible (bacon burned to crisp, next to the driest sausage in the world, alongside powdered eggs that someone must have not added enough water to reconstitute them.




Thinking about it, I should have sent it back, but having eaten in the lounge this wasn’t really a big deal. Fruit selection and yogurt were absolutely fine. Extra legroom on row 1 on the ex-BMI plane was a treat though...

Crew passed with a treat basket (crisps/chocolates) to supplement the offering very close to landing.
