Well, I mean at some point, since you say time is of the essence, you'll have to decide if you are going to pull the trigger or not. You'll have to reckon with the possibility that Dell has changed their flow and no longer allows 3 payment methods. You stated that you needed a new laptop and at the end of the day it seems like $400 off of your new laptop (if only allowed to pay with two cards) is better than nothing off and no laptop, no?
