Paid seat selection and plane change
First time flying Qatar in approx 5 weeks MAN > KUL.

paid upfront for seat selection on all 4 sectors (economy) and now been into mmb and seen there are aircraft changes.

Our (paid for) seats have changed from what we selected and we have no way of seeing what we now have. Since we have already pre purchased there is no way of going back into booking to check.

we specifically booked and paid as we wanted extra legroom.

what happens in these situations - do Qatar autonatically move like for like? A bit worried as we are now in 16 a & c on 787-9 and according to seat maps these are basic seats and not even together….

any advice? Thanks in advance.
