I went to the room and found on the Marriott site that we should get two $10 cards. I went to the front desk in the morning and a different person at first said only one, but when I explained that it was on the Marriott site, she relented and gave me a second card.

That being said, the menu was super expensive. We got the yogurt parfait and it was $9 each (an egg sandwich, which looked similar to an Egg McMuffin was $13 (versus at McDonald's where they are $4).
$9 plus tax is pretty much $10...

It was the same at CY Bremen, Germany. The front desk insisted that it's $10 for 2 people (he was told by his manager) and said our stay for breakfast rate doesn't include breakfast despite I showed my BRG email stating that it's breakfast inclusive. I went up to the room and called Marriott CS, they transferred me to BRG dept and confirmed that it includes breakfast, and he called the hotel to tell them that it includes breakfast

Then the front desk said it's $10 per person...

I don't want to have to fight for things like I'm entitled to every time I check into a hotel.
