What happened with my account?

Hello, i made several purchase at december (around 15) from iherb, vitacost and swanson. And only got email your order has been tracked but noe email again after that like you have earned xxx. It shows at recent store visit.. It happen at december until now all the transaction it not automatically credited to my account.
i think the problem is with cartera / aa because it happen even with multiple merchant i try.
already placed missing miles and told them to fix my account at the note but the reply only they forward this to the team about the missing miles, email them about the problem of my account but no reply until now (i sent them 2 times).
for cookies, ads there is no problem because i try using alaskan e shopping and united e shopping it works fine. Only aadvantage got this problem even for my transaction at january still got same case (i try again once).
try to make new account it work fine for the first transaction and got same case again 😅
Did i need to ask the merchant about this missing miles? Or its enough from missing miles aadvantage?
