Has this been discussed? I fail to see the benefit of this whole functionality vs. issuing vouchers in such cases? Like... who's going to load money here?

I saw that option a couple of months back - but it disappeared very quickly. Now it sticks, but it has no FAQ nor any other infos on the website.
LATAM has a wallet as well -
