Thanks ricardojrsousa ! Yes you are right; I mean the APAC Accor Plus program, which gives between 10 and 50% discount on stays. Hence the reason I didn't want to book without renewing Accor Plus first.

stefang - happened to me, don't worry - my account was suspended because I changed my email address and password on the account in quick succession and it (rightfully so) looked suspicious. I contacted customer service by telephone and in very short order, I received a response with a solution.

In your case, just contact customer service - remove the emotion/backstory, just state your account has been suspended due to suspicious activity and you would like to reactivate your account. I have sent you the Accor email address and telephone number I used via DM - hopefully these are helpful to you.
Thank you so much Life is like a box of Sharklets . We are now at day 5 and counting, so far word for Accor as of yet. In the mean time I booked a non-Accor hotel for my upcoming trip, which is a real shame. Thanks for the pm, I will send them an email.
