I’m currently here in a 2 Bedroom Ocean View Villa as a family of 4 having used Free Night Certificates. 2 of the certs are mine, and 1 is from my wife. I originally booked the standard 1 king room for 2 adults and 1 kid. Two weeks before the stay when the concierge reached out, I asked about combining our reservations which wasn’t a problem, and asked if it would be possible to pay for for an upgrade to a 2 queen room that can accommodate all 4 of us. She said she would take care of it at no charge.
This week I got an email with offers to upgrade my stay. In the email it showed I was booked into the Ocean View 2 bedroom villa which is 2,685 sq ft. I could have paid to upgrade to a 3 bedroom resort casita (3,352 sq ft) for $260 per night, or 3 bedroom Ocean View Villa (3,103 sq ft) for $390. Those are both amazing deals, but I felt there was no need to pay, when I’m already in an amazing room.
We’ve only been here a short time, but I can say this place and this villa is amazing! The cash rate of this room is $3,840 per night including taxes. The fact I paid $0 is incredible!
