The 133K redemption rate on July 21 does show up at the top of the screenshot I posted, too. But the OP's sister wants to travel on July 22. And, in any event, even if you could get the 133K in each direction, 266K miles for the roundtrip is hardly a bargain, and is unlikely to cost much less than $5.7K if you were to buy the miles.
