With the AC web site updated since last post in 2019- I wonder if things have changed for the worse.
I have recently booked an Aeroplan award flight for wife and mother in law from YOW to YYZ to EWR to DXB to EWR to YUL to YOW.
The 2 EWR - DXB are on EK; the EWR to YUL flight is on UA.
I do not find the reference numbers of those 2 airlines anywhere on the web site when looking the the booking- there are no secondary reference numbers posted under the AC reference number of this Aeroplan award booking.
