Cancellation of a "Flexible Rate" booking
I was interested in booking the Sousse Pearl Marriott Hotel for a March/April stay. However, even if I choose their "Flexible Rate with Breakfast" option, it indicates that a 100% penalty would be applicable from the day after booking, even if the stay is three months away. Finding this to be somewhat odd, I contacted Marriott only to be told that the hotel decides its own policy and Marriott would not interfere.
Any suggestions for countering this most unreasonable policy?
