I just tried pricing a week-long rental at both the East and West Sahara locations, and am seeing the same rates using the 50+ CDP.

When I use my alma mater's leisure CDP, I get a lower rate ($170 for a small car) at both locations.

Maybe things are different for less-than-a-week rentals.
