The shorthaul wine menu tends to change when BA plans it to, but the caterers then use up old stocks before switching to the new ones. So I would assume it’ll appear, but might take week or two. Once it does it’ll then take a while to appear on all flights as older ones will still be in the bar trolleys, and even then there’ll be a mix of both in the drawer for a while until they get used up.
