There are a few potential options to transfer Amex points to partners. You can book Korean through Delta but good luck finding business availability on Korean. You might have better luck searching Air Canada (Star Alliance including Asiana, and Amex can transfer to AC), although not much available from JFK on Asiana. Seems to be a few more options from the west coast, SFO, LAX.

Taking a quick look, SAS or Air Canada could help you get there on a number of days in business for ~87.5-115K points per person per direction. However, the caveat there is that these could be on Ethiopian (not the best business class product) routed through ADD for a ~25 hr+ journey or through DEL on Air India (better product, but still not ideal).
If you're willing to take a positioning flight (e.g., fly on a separate ticket to a different US airport) you can get on Korean DFW --> ICN for ~130k per person on 10/8.
Generally, you can find Korean Air flights via Air France/KLM awards for your best redemption rates from Amex. Happy to dive deeper and provide some options as I see them if you have more specific dates - I love this stuff!

I don't have specific dates in mind yet maybe later on. Right now we are looking at September and October.
I saw there were flights with stops that I can take but I prefer non stop.
DFW to ICN, 130k per person is exactly we are looking for, except we prefer departing from NYC. But thank you for considering.
I'll definitely check Air France out more. Last time I checked I didn't see any..
My last resort is to buy Premium Economy from Air Premia. More leg room and recline for similar price to Asiana and Korean Airlines.

You can also book KE through AF/KL Flying Blue. Just did that the other day SEA-ICN. Transfer partner from many programs including AMEX.
