Would anyone be able to help calculate this? F return London - Tokyo is £4400. I currently have 86,000 Avios.

I can 3x boost 51,774 to 155,322 Avios for £1,428.97.

Buy spending £1,428.97, will I be able to save more then that on the plane ticket? Using my current 87k Avios, I can save £300.
