I also used the Fast Track arrival service and what a time saver that was, using the diplomatic line to cut in front of what was easily 300 people in queue. The transfer to me S class was seamless. And the Guest Services Manager greeted me as we pulled up to the door and escorted me to my suite for check-in. As I recall, the price was quite reasonable, just $70 for the Meet & Greet arrival service and $100 for the S Class to the hotel.
