We have a BAH trip to NYC from LHR in Mid Feb
I called BAH today as i wanted to enquire on upgrade cost from CW to First one way from JFK-LHR when we travel on 19th Feb and was told that as this would be a change it would attract a £300 change fee before any change could be made.
When i queried it the agent said that there was nothing she could do to waiver this.
The conversation ended there!
