They had a new menu on 11 January. We did not have to wait for sit down dining at about 2.45pm, nor for the showers afterwards. The young server was friendly and efficient. I liked the pork dish. The lounge became a bit more crowded a couple hours later. There was also a Chef Table in operation that afternoon, near the buffet. I forgot the chef's name, sorry, nor did I take photos. (I actually thought at first his name was Mr. Table, ha ha.) He was serving a pork tenderloin with butternut squash accompaniment.
