DFW-DOH: Tandoori prawn and chicken biryani disappointed—rubbery shrimp, chicken with a microwavy kind of scent, mushy biryani. Below business class standard.
DOH-KTM: Lamb and prawn tartare were a hit—moist shrimp, good lamb. Chili paneer with okra was excellent, perfectly spiced. Palak daal lacked palak, but overall taste was much better.
