I flew MAN-LHR on 7th January and LHR-MAN 8th January. Both flights posted on the 10th January and are showing Avios earned but both showing 0 Tier Points, which is incorrect. My membership year ends 8th January which I suspect is related (Tier Points reset on 9th January)? Only a small number of TPs but they all count towards Lifetime Tier Points. Any ideas what might be happening here?
