T3 is undergoing some alterations at the moment (when I was last through there last November, the Fast Track security was impacted), so some aspects of your journey will feel somewhat temporary. Security was slow that day - iirc, over 15 minutes thanks to everything being corralled through a single narrow, twisting path due to the works - but two hours is certainly more than sufficient, even allowing for the long walk to the AA gates.

The main reason to give yourself plenty of time is to do a lounge crawl, with CX F, QF, AA Flagship and BA F all available to you as a OWE.
