I just had to rebook a flight that had a change in itinerary. I was cleared for an upgrade so I had to request my upgrade again. Call agent said everything looks fine on their end. I got a booking confirmation but no eupgrade confirmation. Can't manage my booking online and Cowtool PNR also says "Error displaying flight segments". iOS app still is showing my old flight itinerary. Called back in, agent still says everything looks fine so I'll check again in the morning and see.
