Odd one for me.

Me and Ms. Boh going to Winterpeg on CO revenue tix. Applied for the upgrades shortly after booking and all looked good. Went to check the trip in the iOS app today and zero evidence of any requested upgrade. Ditto with AC.com. And Cow Tool just shows "Error displaying flight segments". So I called in.

The very friendly rep said that she can see the request, the deducted e-ups, and the waitlist for both PNRs. Really odd. She said that she'd report it.

I'll chalk this one up to AC IT.
