I suspect it was the voucher that most likely kyboshed the POUG - anything that is not a totally straightforward booking does it. I sometimes book flight-only through the military/ veterans discount page, and this also means the POUGs don't happen. Haven't used that a lot while BA Holidays double TP offers continue! Connecting flights cause 'free change on day' to fail...
