Right agree all those. Bryan, I don't know how often (lately) you've flown AA - but I get that same "offer" about, hm, 25% of the time? Many, many times - so not too unusual. Like you, I wondered the first time, hey, where's my "prize?" - but came to realize
there is no prize...just an opportunity. Maybe you were having second thoughts about your planned travel day and something came up - but you didn't want to pay to change it. They just blanket the plane with the offer, and hope someone bites.
