You can rollover both SQM and eUpgrades.
The SQM rollover is capped at 200K, and the eUpgrade rollover is capped at 50.
However, in addition to those rollovers, the rolled over SQM will cause you to *earn* new eUpgrades. If you rollover 200K SQM, that will result in you earning 80 new eUpgrades.
Those are in addition to however many old eUpgrades you have, which will rollover (max 50) later.
