Yep, just want to see the spread available and probably just have a coffee and an OJ. 04:30 - 05:00 would be my normal lounge arrival time if taxi-ing in to the airport and I rarely eat in the lounge if on the early flight, or I might grab a small plate if I woke up stupidly early.
