What were your expectations that were not met? When I was there I thought the lounge was spacious with a number of different seating options and wasn't laid out to make it feel crowded. The bar set up was good and the staff were attentive. I found the food selections to be varied and fresh. Overall I thought it was better than most MLL's in Canada, other than maybe YYC.
