I will usually pick whichever HGI is cheapest but have stayed at this one a few times and am surprised you didnt get water and the pantry bucks. Relatively quiet for my stays....they where all friday night, dont know if that makes a difference. I hate the shuttles at SFO for all hotels. Seems like I always end up waiting forever. You also have to be careful to get on the right shuttle as there are 2 HGI's and lets just say I will only make that mistake once.
