Luckily I am a VIP at our favourite hotel. Plus a handful of others that bend over backwards to accommodate our needs. I have been at Platinum/Titanium 18 years and loyal for 20 years. Will easily make 1800 nights this year. I only stay for leisure and can avoid busy times. I ask nicely for the best possible. I am happy with my lot.
