Morning guys - I *think* this is the right place.
I booked with BA LGW-DUB-BDL on 16/12/23 (at the time didn't know this was an aer lingus code share)
All economy seats, full booking costs 2620.08 (I don't have the GPB symbol on my US keyboard!)
LGW-DUB (BA5903) was delayed causing a missed connection DUB-BDL (BA6163)
They put us on DUB-BOS then bussed us to BDL, we arrived at BDL ~10 hours late. Was a nightmare flight as it was me + 3 kids (9/6/6/), they spread all of us all over the place & also got us there late.

Is this BA's or Aer Lingus' problem? What should I actually be looking at for compensation? Thanks in advance!
