I am thinking of booking an Eva Air flight (TPE-NRT) with entirely miles. Does Eva Air have any additional charges when booking award flights?

My case: I could book with Eva miles, or with Singapore Airline miles.

If I look up the flight on the Singapore website, it would cost 54,000 miles + TWD 5,214 for 2 people.
However, if I search on Eva Air, I can only see that it would cost 70,000 miles. Unfortunately, I haven't transferred my credit card points yet so I cannot go further in the booking process, to see if there is also an additional cash charge in TWD.
