OP here - I'm not focus on whether I can sit down to eat a breakfast but a "reasonable" breakfast as an arrival gift choice. I'm not looking for a spread but something that is not just a breakfast sandwich or 2 granola bars (I got those sometimes as an extra gift in FFI). I think a reasonable breakfast should include a breakfast item (not a plain bagel) and a cold beverage.
