My sister got her companion cert in her account and then canceled her card. I have tried to book a flight using it with my amex and keep getting screen shot saying something is wrong. In the past I have heard you could use cert after canceling card if it got in your acct. Did Delta fix it so cert can't be used or is this just a regular delta.com glitch. Anyone have any recent experience?
