oneworld bookings usually showed up in my Finnair app automatically as long as I entered the FFP number in the booking, occasionally I have to add that manually into the app
not a big problem for me this time but not sure if there will be any issues if I have to link JAL bookings to other one world bookings for interlining in the future
There is no linking of separate bookings anyway, the height of things is that an agent can add a note to a booking. But always with the risk of another agent not looking at the notes.
