I know, super risky... All I want them to do is re-book the ticket on those exact flights (do whatever it takes to un-void the ticket, release two more award seats, etc).

They've taken the points now (although the transaction doesn't show in the Avios log), so I couldn't re-book if I tried... but they keep saying it's voided even though manage booking says confirmed, I can add special meal requests, seats are unavailable on the flights... (but I can't change seats).

So they voided the ticket, and luckily I was able to re-book on the exact itinerary (phew).
