Comments: At checkin they "upgraded" to a Deluxe guest which looked like the basic guest room with a small couch? Looked at available rooms online and they seemed to have several categories of better rooms available so I went back to FD to politely ask if anything else was available. They said they could provide the Premium room but without late checkout so that worked for us so I was grateful for the change since Premium was significantly nicer. Lesson learnt - check for available rooms prior to check-in so I'm more familiar with categories and differences (I typically do this but was lazy this time) and also ask if theres different options based on checkout times..
