It worked for me earlier this morning with no errors? I spent about 10 mins (from the T1 Terraces - but I doubt there's a conspiracy that it only works from "inside" BA ) adding 2 EC numbers to a booking (retrieved using PNR and my surname first of all) and then changing seats - managed go snag 4AB and 4JK on a 3-class 777 LGW-MCO-LGW for April - very pleased ^
