I went to their website, and it looks like they have license plate and facial recognition for payments with stored credit cards. There's no app or anything I could see, and I couldn't find a list of merchants on their website. This particular merchant already accepts contactless payments with a handheld credit card terminal, so the customer benefit in this case is likely minimal.
