I'm vey new and don't know the lingo of Flyertalk. Pleas help, I feel overwhelmed and don't know how/who to ask for help.


I am trying to find JFK to ICN business or economy (upgrade to business) tickets with points, September/October 2024. We prefer Korean Airlines and Asiana Airlines. I have Platinum Amex card and have accumulated alot of points and would like to use them,

I went on ANA website to find some award flights but I can't seem to find any. I've tried Delta and nothing.

I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong? What are my other options to buy with points for business?
