What’s the going rate for nonfunctional WiFi on a three hour ish flight? I paid £10 but rather than refunding it to the credit card BA want me to submit my bank details so they can wire me a refund. I’m not delighted at the idea of emailing them the bank details (how do you even do it securely?) through their customer service system so I’m wondering if I should request Avios instead. Has anyone got Avios as compensation for this kind of problem and if so how many?
